Last month concluded with the final session of our Visualizing Science course. This was a deep dive into the role science visualization is playing in research labs across the Museum, and across the disciplines, with a special focus on tools of visualization.
In preparation for their final presentation, two of the youth interviewed their peers to create this presentation, which we showed from the main stage. Please check it out.
Surrounding the video were presentations from other youth about the science content they explored, the visualization tools they used, and the research they performed. After a Q & A session, we broke out of the auditorium and the youth ran hands-on stations featuring their favorite science tools from throughout the course.
