Film Shoot for Pterosaurs: The Card Game Playthrough Video

Last week we had youth game designer Katie (participant in the recent #scienceFTW program that developed the game) and Martin, the son of an AMMH employee, get together to play Pterosaurs: the Card Game to supplement the upcoming material around both the game and the Museum’s new exhibit Pterosaurs: Flight in the Age of the Dinosaurs for our OLogy website.

The video will be offered as guide for those looking to play the game and be available along side a free, downloadable PDF containing all the cards and instructions. The site will be available by the time the exhibit opens to the public on April 5th.

It is so exciting to watch interest grow around an AMNH project co-developed with youth and to explore the different digital mechanisms for sharing it with others (e.g. the pdf on the web site, the video, and, coming SOON to a smart phone near you, the associated augmented reality app…)
